updatedban (1)
Hi all you cooped-up characters!
Thirsty for live music?! We can’t wait to play some musics for you once more. Come enjoy some live tunes from yours truly, with dancing and dinner, or tune in to Wild Eye’s Live Stream!
We are opening up the stage with the lovely stylings of Iona Swift, a Nevada City sweetheart and wonderful seamstress of song. Then Shai Tuesday will end out the evening, with some grooves to smooth your bristles and bristle your smooth spots. Either way it’s sure to be a good time!

Upcoming Show and ALBUM ANNOUNCEMENT

Come join our next show coming early January! We will get the pleasure of heating up the dance-floor for WAYFAIRY— a band touring all over Cali, Mexico and the West Coast! Wayfairy is from Oakland, CA, a 6 piece band that all started with a banjo on the turnpike. Now they blend accordion, banjo, violin, washboard and upright bass with soft vocal harmonies punctuated by raw wails.

You can hear some of their music on their BandCamp HERE ❤ ❤

Iona-Swift

Shai Tuesday Update!

What have we been up to? Well, we’ve moved the drums into our chosen recording studio– nestled under the snowy pines of Lava Cap– and have begun tracking for our upcoming and first album, Monsters In The Deep.

Exciting times are upon us! And we need your support and encouragement now more than ever! We are taking this month to focus on recording– but come January we would LOVE to see you all out at The Brick in Nevada City, CA, to support us and these other great musical crafters as well.

If you feel inclined to be a patron of this project please don’t hesitate. We have a paypal direct as well as six hands between the three of us. Whether you are near or far, we would love to feel your support. Contact us via the contact page if this is your kind of creation.

“If a patron buys from an artist who needs money, the patron then makes himself equal to the artist; he is building art into the world; he creates.” –Ezra Pound

Happy Holidays everybody, feel it! FEEL THE LOVE!

Summer Solstice Festival Success!

“Words cannot express how aglow we are with gratitude and how full our hearts are after this weekend. We thank our fellow artists and performers who endeavored to make this first experimental festival as magickal as it was. We hope that this is merely the beginning. More so, we hope those of you who attended take with you that sense of immediacy, connectivity and inspiration home or wherever you may travel with you, that you would sing your song and share your craft with the world. Your song deserves to be heard, your story deserves to be told. You are miraculous.
Special shout out to Willow and Scott for providing the tea house and a killer late night DJ line up, to Tasty (Chris Taylor) for cooking up some fantastic festy grub, to Stephen Hamilton Kozak for the sound and stage support and last but not least, Anthony Breazeale and Nicole Swingle for working your asses off and providing us all such a sacred space to celebrate.

With love and gratitude, – Solstice Staff”

-words from our drummer, Anthony on the festival experience

It was such a pleasure to perform alongside such new and experienced talents alike over this turning of the seasons. More music to come!
